  4. Work with you and your mortgage holder and/or lender(s) to arrange an agreement to save your home.
       
  5. Discuss with our clients their present and future budget plans.
       
  6. Provide counseling and suggestions to allow our clients to take the necessary steps to meet present and future financial needs.
       
  7. Assist our clients to meet with credit counselors and/or bill consolidation counselors when necessary.
       
  8. Provide information regarding credit re-establishment and credit improvement for the future.
       
  9. Make ourselves available to our clients who contract our services, to answer their questions and provide moral support and guidance regarding their financial situation.
       
  10. Provide a written agreement of the services we are to provide for our client(s).
       
  11. Assist our clients in any way possible to improve their standard of living and to improve financially.
